I think I'm losing weight. I wouldn't be surprised; my appetite is way down. Now that I have difficulty eating sugar, maybe I'll loose some more of the roundness in my face. This is one of those lemons -> lemonade things, i.e. I may be unhappy, but at least I'm eliminating some of the dumb things in my diet! And I'm learning so much about stress management!

Yeah. Well, today was better. I suppose they'll keep getting better until I'm not crying & freaking out all the time.
