Recently, I made a recipe for the second time, only to discover that it came out just as good as the first.

Granted, it was a little overbaked and the insides came out cakey rather than gooey like they were supposed to be, but that wasn't entirely my fault, and it was still delicious anyway.

The upsides of this recipe are that it's dead easy to do, looks really impressive when served, you can skip the sauce if you want to and serve it with some fresh berries, and it's very very chocolatey. In fact, this time, I used chocolate that was 88% cocoa solids... so it was unbelievably chocolatey.

Anyway, I stole it from the Canadian Living Cooks, believe it or not. Give it a try.
