I was pretty sure I had some of that swirl action too. And I had the recipe book paraded in front of me. Unga.

The cheese you're using in your soggy cheesecakes is the problem. I will enquire of my mum, the cheesecake goddes, of a solution to your problem.

I am gaining weight. I should really stop thinking of cheesecake.

To clarify, the ham and cheesecake was a raspberry cheesecake. It had no chocolate whatsoever. And it was, in fact, completely eaten that night, whereas the cheesecake I'm actually talking about was only eaten by Dorsa. So, out of everyone, only Dorsa's had the World's Best Cheesecake (WBC). But I've had another idea and we'll see how that goes. I'll post it as soon as it's done.

Holy crap, woman! First of all, my apologies for not blogging enough on this site. Secondly, I can only tell you this because I've known you for 13 years (since we were seven), but, you're cheesecaking out. Slow down and breathe!

Now, since I have nothing better to say, I have to admit that I still distinctly remember the cheesecakes you speak of. There was that one time you were into making that swirly stuff, and then you mixed the chocolate with pink stuff (probably strawberry) or was it the vanilla with strawberry? Anyway, it looked like a side of ham at one point, which of course you hated us for pointing out. But the reality is, that it didn't matter. It was delicious! Keep baking! (Cheesecakes, that is).
