As an incentive to keep to my diet, I've come up with my best idea yet:

NIGHT OF UNHEALTHINESS 2004

Basically, every time I crave some kind of food, I will put it on the list for night of unhealthiness and then consume it... in disgustingly large quantities.

Yes... I think it is the best idea I've ever had.

In other news... I will only be in Toronto this year for a total of four full days.

I have to see children, have at least one huge delicious Chinese dinner, and give kisses to everyone. Where is Minileta at?

Having completely blown every opportunity this weekend to do the 800 things I needed to get done, I was tempted to blow off work this morning and just spend the day being generally efficient.

But, noooooo... apparently international justice won't wait for me to get my shit together.

Stupid international justice.
